What is your sign?

A better question is…what is your brand?

As I was driving around town last week, listening to a new book, I noticed several empty business locations and the sign had been removed.  For at least two of the empty locations, I remembered the business that tried to do business in that place.

The brand endures in other locations.  The business is gone, the sign is recycled but the brand endures.  For some.

Is your business defined by a sign?  Or a brand?


Your customers know.

Brands are built by customer delight.

Signs can be ignored.
